What happens to your trip details

The quote form on this site does not send your details to our servers. When you tap “Continue to WhatsApp”, your browser builds a message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp with it as a draft. Nothing reaches us until you tap Send in WhatsApp.

Your browser keeps a copy of the half-filled form for the current tab only (session storage), so you don't have to retype it after switching to WhatsApp. It is deleted when you close the tab.

What we do with your message

We use the details you send us on WhatsApp (your name, number, dates, locations, passengers and notes) only to prepare your quote and, if you book, to arrange your trip. To arrange it, we share the trip details a driver needs with the local driver partner who carries out the job. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

WhatsApp's own handling of your messages is covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Analytics

We measure how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how often the quote form opens WhatsApp, so we can improve it. This uses Vercel Web Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics. We send interaction categories such as service, vehicle preference, passenger count and whether a return is requested, not your name, contact details, locations or message contents. Page query strings and fragments are removed from Vercel analytics and speed measurements before sending. Avoid putting personal information in website URLs. Google Analytics stays disabled unless separately configured.

Attribution and retention

For the current tab, we remember the first public page and a broad source such as Google, Bing or a referral. We do not store the referring URL or search query in this attribution record. A short website source line is included in your WhatsApp draft so we can connect an inquiry to its source. Browser storage is optional; the form still works if it is blocked.

Once sent, your WhatsApp message is separate from browser storage. We retain inquiry and booking information while needed to answer your request, arrange the trip and resolve related questions. You can contact us to request deletion of information no longer needed. Only the trip details needed for fulfilment are shared with the driver.

Your rights
